Prize pools and odds
Set what can be won, how often, and how many of each prize exist.

A prize pool lists what players can win and how likely each outcome is. Odds are evaluated server-side, so they cannot be influenced from the player's browser.
Stock limits
Give each prize a quantity. Once it runs out the pool stops awarding it and redistributes to whatever remains.
